Diabetes - Cost effectiveness of the COACH program in Tasmania, in association with Diabetes Tasmania
The Health Economics Department, in conjunction with Diabetes Tasmania, is currently assessing the cost effectiveness of a diabetes patient educational program - the COACH Program. The COACH Program is a confidential free health coaching service delivered over the phone by Diabetes Tasmania's health professionals to help those at risk or with type 2 diabetes learn about how to take better care of their health.
