Pedometers – better health, step by step

How much physical activity are you getting? Monitor your activity from day to day with a pedometer - a simple device that counts your steps.

Research has found that approximately 10,000 steps each day will provide a health benefit. Test yourself against friends or motivate yourself to improve your health - step by step!

Yamax pedometers are currently the most accurate on the market and are used by the Institute in our research progects. They were rated highly when evaluated by Choice magazine.
